Proofing

Impro_ProofingPDF Proof

We supply clients with proofs in PDF format which is compatible with both PC and Macintosh operating systems. This is sent directly to your email and once you sign off the proof electronically, we will proceed to print.

Colour proof

We can produce digital colour proofs using our Xerox Docutex (DC2045) proofing machine which has been colour profiled to match our printing presses.

Machine Proof

If you do need a copy of the final ink finish, a machine proof can be produced at an additional cost as the press is set up to match the print specification and only a few sheets are printed, however this will provide a true representation as to how the finished job will look.

Once proofs are approved by the client, we’re ready to go to print and we have a turnaround time of approximately 5 working days. If there are delays in gaining final approvals, or if your job is required in a hurry, we’ve a flexible scheduling system and fast make ready presses, which enable us to still deliver your goods on time.

Printing

Impro_PrintersOver the years Impro has continued to invest heavily in the latest modern equipment to meet market changes. We currently have two 5 colour presses with a maximum print size of 520 x 720 (B2). The ability to print a 5th colour, enables corporate colours to be matched or for a special metallic ink to be used. The on-line coating capability seals the jobs colour and prevents it from being marked.

Impro also has an SRA3 (450 x 320) digital press which is suitable for jobs which require a fast turnaround or where the volume of print is smaller. We also have a inkjet poster printer which produces posters of high quality up to A0 size.
